Located on a prime site next to the Don Valley, this envisioned mass timber office building was planned to be an ultra-green, healthy, and energy-efficient facility.

The proposed building demonstrate the client’s commitment to sustainability by targeting LEEDv4 Platinum certification, WELL Standard Platinum certification, and the Canada Green Building Council’s Zero Carbon Building Program.

In short, this building is envisioned to be a carbon capture-and-storage machine that can seriously control carbon emissions.

As the client reaches an important anniversary, the new building will be a landmark facility, serving the organization well into the future.

With convenient transit access to the Don Valley Parkway, and access to recreation via the adjacent Don Valley ravine and the new Meadoway Park, the building can become a new centre for the organization’s employees and partners.
